@rtcooked Hitchens was actually extremely critical of Reagan and the Contras, and was one of the best critics of American foreign policy in Latin America after Chomsky. I'm not sure why you think he supported the Contras.

I was actually quite sympathetic to Hitchens' attacks on the left after 9/11, but he definitely went too far on Iraq.
