The truth of the matter is, as I have always said on here, is that UofL made a huge deal out of beating a bad UM team once. Then all the talk started about a NC, and it was at its height before this season started. The Cards and their fans got way ahead of themselves...but now they've been brought down to reality. Winning in college football is never a given.

I'm not acting like that. God you need to read more closely. I've said over and over UM isn't good--we're mediocre. I've said we used to be great--and we were. The official line out of UofL this year was "we're going to a NC." Like it or not, that was the talk. Maybe now you guys know how hard it is to consistenly win in college football--and how hard it is to even get to a NC.

are you serious? uk had an advantage, we got a new coach, and some of our players went to the NFL, plus uk refs didnt call one of our TDs when we played them so yea we would have won. and i never said ul was no. 1. i know they aint no. 1 in the rankings (even though to me they are, but everyones team is no. 1 to them). also u need defense and offense to win a champ. with a bad ass d-fense, and a suck ass offense aint gonna get you know where. u got to put pts on the borad!

Had we gone, it would have been 3 NC games in a row. Do that.
