Found this video by searching Google for "Why do houses sit stagnant"

It's 2 years later after you made this video and it's still a buyer's market. I just viewed online a house that has been for sale for 456 days. It's overpriced now, and was even more overpriced when it was initially put up for sale.

It's as if some people think slapping in pergo flooring and a new fridge entitles you to $30,000 more than the house should be selling for.

First time home buyer looking here. Very annoyed.

Would like to mention in Australia, we are the most expencive country to buy everyday items, grociers, petrol/gas, utilities etc....

The media Australian house price is 70% over priced and rising very fast, to buy a house in any city in Australia, you need min...$400,000 dollars.

40% of Australian homes is mortgaged, most are beyond what they can afford.

I'm pissed off and worried
