I kinda felt like Steve99 did at first... but eventually you touched on the brush options which, as a newbie, always kept me dumbfounded.
You really explained this in detail and not just that you kept going back while changing your settings to show viewers the trial and error. I found this very helpful and you motivated me a lot. Thanks.
I find these videos super helpful, so thanks for posting! I'm an extreme noob; haven't even bought my tablet yet. Sometimes the set-up is the most annoying part, so it's nice to be walked through it. Thanks!
Please think about your audience's needs a little better. Anyone who would be needing to ink a drawing, and who already has a Wacom tablet CERTAINLY knows how to make a new layer and do basic operations. 16 minutes of video and you only drew maybe 6 paths, didn't discuss closing them or filling them, and didn't even begin to discuss the finer points that artists need to know. Basically, it was a waste of time. Forget the basic stuff and jump right in with what your audience needs to know.
you are the first person ive stumbled upon that actually takes their time to describe what their doing. i can now finally DINK my comic book pages with confidence. thank you very much! I heard your tea boiling in the back!! LOL! ask me to draw you something!
I was like STOP SAYING UHM ! But I liked the second part kinda much, even though I jumped over the whole first nothing had happened.
