  • These fuggers CREEP me OUT man. Only catch em when I'm drop-line fishing for perch. I never toss em back in either... rather, I trash-pail em.

  • these fish are only good for one thing and one thing only, and that smallmouth bait, the smallmouth just love these things

  • kill those mother fuckers eating all our fish eggs ,when fish for perch they always steel my worms

  • yeah the lakes are getting cleaner, so there is a positive aspect, but the environment is in a perdicament to be sure. I also descovered its hard to tell the difference between goby and other non-invasive young fish. good stuff.

  • oh its true that they clean up rivers and lakes, the only problem is that they do it TOO well. So now we got a small fish that eats a lot of crap. Bigger fish comes and eats the goby, and as the dirt moves up the food chain, crap keeps building up. Unfortunately humans are on top of the food chain most of the time, and that's why we hate gobies!

  • kill em all!!!

  • kill the goby!

  • 1st of all most of our food is from a invasive species. They are good ebcause we have food! Isn't there bigger fish who eat the goby. They planted salmon to eat the ailwise (Spelling?) in Lake Mich. Wala sports fishing and good eating! Find a use for the mussels and poof their are fone. How about grinding them up for cattle food or calcium pills for school kids? I also heard they are cleaning up rivers and lakes from pollution.

  • Hey me too! I'm doing a zebra mussel project for my Environmental Politics class..

  • I'm learning about invasive species in my Environmental Science course, and I'm doing project on Zebra Mussels.

  • Thank you for posting this video. I am learning about Zebra Mussels in my Environmental Science course. It helped to see how much territory they are actually claiming in the state of Michigan. It was very interesting as well to see the Goby eat them in such large quantities. Thanks again.

  • one invasive species eating another invasive species...this can't end well.
