Just a small tip on the flour, try to mix it in cold water first. It will stop any lumps from forming, if you ad flour to a hot liquid you're going to get lumps every time. Good recipe, I use beef stock in mine.

You are right with the stock but my girlfriend is vegetarian that why i make it this way.
