I believe he has half a car on top and the bottom of that card is actually the bottom of a whole card underneath the other card that he's drawn the other picture on and at 1:28 he turns the deck over and pulls out the card underneath the half card he's drawn the new picture on without the fangs. Why turn the deck over if this trick is impossible? I believe that it's that simple.
@lovelysister yes I believe dudeits840 is right, same thing I was thinking. He takes half a card and puts it in front of another full card that he's already drawn the other vampire face on. He uses the rubber band to conceal the fact that he's using a half of one card. He then draws the picture of the non vampire face on the half card, and the bottom on that is actually another whole card. So she's signing her name on another card. He then simply takes the whole card out and ta da.
@lovelysister okay simply what he does is. He has one card that is ONLY half a card, so he has that on the very top of them all. He has already before hand drawn a picture of a person with fangs on them and has it as the second card.
