MY advice is to start the computer into safe mode and go to the program files to delete the program. Another thing to do is to install Ubuntu, or you could also backup all your data and do a clean install. these always work. another thing that may work sometimes is to set the bias time back
put Ubuntu on your computer...he will have trouble finding a parental control program. you could also go to the bios and set the time to like whenever that usually works.

i have controls and i cant play certain games on stam like mafia 2 and some others and it wont let me download anything at all without the password it really sucks
i should really mention now that i've argued with my dad over this & he took the parental controls off my area for a trial week to see if i have the dicapline not to be on the computer till stupid o'clock!
i've proved myself right & dad hasn't put them back on! huzzah! that's one to me! :D
