This is an UNBELIEVABLY inefficient and time-consuming way to do this, and if done incorrectly can completely break the course shell.
Much, MUCH faster and better way: change the Viewable By setting for the folder, and uncheck "viewable by" in the Cascade Settings at the bottom of the Access tab. Ta-da, hidden folder with visible contents.
This video should be taken down. It does more harm than good.
