Which is the main reason it isn't recommended for viewers. It only works with perfectly still air such as is found inside.

The gas container though isn't any worse than the propane tank on most grills. You'll only run into problems if you put the tank in the fire long enough for it to explode.

That's why I said you need to make a "rig". Basically you can pour out some of the coke and stick mentos to some scotch tape and lower it into the bottle without it touching the coke and then screw the cap tight. Kick the bottle as far as you can from you and enjoy!

Not the smartest thing you could do, but it sure is fun.
