  • @monkiemike

    Thank you!!!

  • I can't explain why, but I love watching this video from beginning to end. 2:23 to 2.37 gave me the chills. And for some reason I got all choked up when her younger self is playing alongside her at the recital starting at 3:58, at the 4.33 mark. I'm glad you've been taking videos all this time, it must be great to see the progress you've made.

    Ok I finally figured out that at 2:23 she's playing Sonata 332 Mov.3, and 4:49 is K.570 Mov.1. And I think 0:47 is K.570 Mov.2. Is that right? Thanks...

  • K.488, the 23rd piano concerto. i dont think 0:47 is from that though

  • @MellowCypriot

  • Celia, do you have the full version of your Mozart K488 concerto recital? I would LOVE to hear it. It's so frustrating to have to listen only to bits of this wonderful work, and your fabulous interpretation. Well done, you are a truly fine pianist.

  • Amazing! A complete influence. I'm trying to learn now, I can play some of Fur Elise from Beethoven but your just incredible.

  • Her playing style remained the same and her emotion started to improve and was able to play more difficult pieces. she either has the talent or practiced a whole lot....

  • its probably both

  • truly a marvelous piano student. Wow.

  • you go girl!

  • You have improved so fast! I started at almost the exact same month of the same year as you and have a reflect of my piano history I feel ashamed.

  • Geez, I think I just might have to change my screen name, you're definitely the piano chick here. Keep playin' girl!

  • what's the song of 3:30?

  • The talent in her is very apparent. Appreciate the fact she picked both of Mozart's A Major concertos: K414, and then K488 to finish the clip with. Would dearly love to listen to what she has to say in K488's Adagio.

  • alright lol. at the beggining i thot wow... why post videos of some1 whos no good. lol but as it went on, now ive been playn piano for 9 yrs now, and she's WWAAAYYY fastr than me lol. her technique is great. she's amazing.

  • Talento innato que el tiempo le da soltura y perfeccionamiento. Serás de las grandes interpretes!

  • Hey, might u are not gonna read this, but let me say that u give me strenght to keep dreaming. I just hope in God someday i'll be like u, and some day play with u the piano. I play the piano too. since 10 years ago. THE WAY OF EXPRESSION.

  • does any one the song being plaied at .50 seconds??

  • Seeing amazing prodigies like you play, I'm being honest when I say I don't regret quitting piano. I can never match up to talent like yours.

  • Its not only about being talented, but having fun while playing. If you play the piano extremely well but don't find any pleasure in doing so, then it's wasted time. If you play and have fun no matter how good you're doing it, then you're playing the correct way ;)

(I mean no offense in this comment at all. This just came to mind while reading your comment)

  • Loving parents and excellant teacher! Congrats to all.

  • THAT IS EXCELENT

  • Oh! She really learns fast !!

  • what is this piece called that starts at 2:39 and ends 3:57??

  • Mozart K.488 piano concerto (23), the 3rd Mvt.

  • thanx

  • Actually lol'd

  • At 12 seconds when she hollered for quiet I found myself roaring with laughter. This video made my day as much as the Child Prodigy Parody. She is one of the most dedicated young musicians I have encountered. I would love to see her pair up with a violinist like Caeli Smith (alicelizard Channel). That would be a real classical treat that could hardly be beat.

  • wow how quickly does she learn pieces...im so envious

  • please tell me what song at 3.36

  • her daddy doesn't want to be seen :P

  • what's the song of the minute 3:30?

  • Your Mozart style is so nice ! You are talented !

  • buenooo

  • how do you edited this video? plz tell me..

    you plays so good =)

  • Gosh, it's so awe-inspiring to see how you triumph again and again in your piano steps. You're on the road to championship, Celia, so just keep it up!

  • Célia,

Vibrei com sua evolução!!! Acredito que amar a música é essencial para ser um bom músico e percebo um enorme amor em sua interpretação.

    Sucesso!!!

  • very compliment!!!such me pula......beatiful songs....

  • that girl is aw--some!! crazy good... i wish i would have started learning piano earlier. i'm just now starting to learn, at 13. but that 10 year old's fingers were flying!! stunning preformance!

  • I haven't even started to learn, but have wanted to for quite some time. I already play cello, guitar, and some mandolin, but I'm gonna have a helluva time getting over the fact that what my hands do dont DIRECTLY correspond to each other, if that makes sense. Anyways, I'm so asking for at least a keyboard this christmas.
