2008 Cape Fear High School Marching Band

I <3 this. There were some errors but great job. For those who didn't like it, I understand. This is a show for people who truly love marching band. Some people don't like it unless it is a “crowd pleaser” I use to be in marching band, the shows that the audience liked the best were the ones that they know for example the audience loved the teams that did Batman, James Bond, Pirates of the Caribbean, King Kong, ect. I love all kinds of marching band shows as long as it is good and clean

I hate to admit it(since im from Ashley High School) but Cape Fear was clearly the best band there and is one of the best overall programs in the state. I mean there has to be a reason they have 5 times as many views as anyone else.

yea the overblowing comes with not being able to control the volume of 180 ppl but were smaller this yr n i love cf marching style but i think were stronger in our music

thanks for the compliment. we apologize for acemasterke's comments. we have the upmost respect for south view's band program and acemasterke is just one immature and unitelligent individual who does not now how to listen or keep his mouth shut. what he says does not reflect cape fear marching band in any way.

y dnt u get ur band director to go to wakefield this yr we mite b there again n yea u said 08 last time we competed against each other we won n later tht nite we won another comp. but i kno yall r a strong band we r both capable of beating each other in yall do very good so keep it going in strivwe to b the best n im lookn forward to our football game oct. 2. 2009

Ok, I've seen both Southview AND Cape Fear perform. Here's my thing-Both are REALLY great bands. I like the fact that Southview does DCI shows, but in my opinion, they could do SOOO much better. Lots of the time, you hear LOTS of overblowing, and pay attention to their marching style-nott that great. Cape Fear, on the other hand, is very seasoned-their marching technique, as well as playing ability is awesome. Both bands are friggin AWESOME. But Cape Fear to me is the better band.
