i reckon this object has been significant to a certain group of people for a very, very long time...

i think its "elenin" over the left shoulder of the virgin mother (constellation virgo) sept 30th 2011, see vids re: st johns revelation / elenin / sept 30th, also vids re: statue of liberty/ elenin connection, britannia (virgo again) with the trident between herself and the lion (constellation leo) is another representation, other national statues around the world tie in also - there is also the swiss 10 franc note / elenin connection.
