Nah the Trans Am deserves its glory too. This film pretty much launched the Trans Am, like Bullit did for Mustangs. After the film Trans Am sales shot up 700% (according to a documentary on the film) So I'd say the Trans Am made a lasting impression that no other car can take away from it. I only wish we'd get them back on the road but that won't be happening now with the new Gov't Motors. Killed Pontiac and going to Neuter Chevys. Swear we'll all be driving Priuses. That's not fun.

Who would they cast as the role of The Bandit? The Snowman? Sheriff Buford T. Justice? Frog? What kind of car would they use for Bandit One?
