I will say Marty was a far better woman than I in this situation - the way Blair was acting, I would have high-tailed it out of there the second she let me go, and told Lou to go help her.
In the last clip Blair said it was Todd's birthday. So Starr and Todd have the same birthday? I don't remember this. Is it something they've always said, or did they forget that. It's the kind of thing they would so nowadays, but back then they were so much better about being accurate.
well to me marty has always been selfish, how soon do we forget how marty acted when toward todd not to long ago. she got him fired from his job, blame him for killing swade, she tried to turn rebecca against him, tried to turn two little kids against him,got him kicked out of his apt. made him out to be the hosp. rapist. ect... and now shes goin after a preg. women. but blairs the bad guy?!
@jacarly98 ICAM!!! And let's not forget how she went after Andrew when Kassie had supported her so much...Marty was a despicable character before the horrendous gang rape...
KDP was rocking the boat in those scenes and in many scenes before (like the Belt scene) and afterwards...SH is an excellent actress ,too and when she had meaty stuff in her script, she was great...
This is why I love marty..she is so nice to Blair even though Blair is ruining her life! and threating to kill her! Blair really is a cramer woman..she is totally nuts!
@419517 Yep, Blair definitely lives on the fine edge of "crazy as hell"!!!!!! I do think it's KDP best work when she plays it though.....later on when she loses it and "see's red" after she shoots Max, she was great with that crazy too!!!!!!!
@419517 you do realize she is grieving, right? I'm not saying that makes her behavior ok, but for you to simplify it as "nuts", and "Marty good, Blair bad" is just you not even trying to get it.
I loved KDP's hair and then she went and cut it. I hope she was planning on going short anyways and did not do this for the role.
