Lol, computer game characters are designed around humans, therefore it's normal to find them hot because visually they are the same as someone you see on TV.

Heck, even the Beauties in MGS4 are directly based on models in real life - should we not find them hot now but it's ok to find the real models hot, even though they look exactly the same?

If something is visually nice to look at, people will find it "cute", whether a picture, movie, or game character, it makes no difference.

In an interview with Quinton Flynn he was asked to do both the original voice of Raiden and the MGS4 voice of Raiden for this end scene. The MGS4 version is definitely more gravelly.
