I know he didn't during the attitude era but not 100% on that. I know that one of the main reasons Jeff Jarrett left the WWF was because Steve Austin refused to work with him. Whether that was because Jeff was good friends with Debra who Steve had started dating or that he simply didn't like him is open to debate.

It pissed Austin off so much that to this day they haven't had a match (to my knowledge).
