What I'm confused is with how you managed to get the dual down to one pipe? Did you install a y-pipe or something? Because the '07+ stay true dual until they reach the muffler and then go into a single out. Let me know because that thing sounds beastly!

@DarkLeathe I looked underneath it has a stock y pipe underneath exactly right where my exhaust is. So I didnt have to add one. My nieghbors hate me lol but it turns heads on the highway.

thats fuckin dirty. i got a 2004 titan with the nismo intake and a stillen power chip in it, and ive been lookin for a sick exhaust and i was checkin out like MBRP and the banks monster exhaust but this sounds pretty sick so i think i might just do the straight pipe. i just didn tknow if it sounded slappy or not. what kind of exhaust tip is it ?

@GreggBuck26 I went into my buddy's muffler shop and He had this tip hanging on the display wall and I was like I want that one. Make sure the tip has the little mesh circle things wraped around the inside of the tip. I think it makes it sound deaper.

@GreggBuck26 If the shop is really cool take it for a spin after and listen to it. Tips don't cost a lot and you can always throw the stock one back on.

I've always been partial to the way American originated trucks have sounded, but this Titan sounds very good. I am a big fan of the K&N CAI... Got one on my truck and it drastically changed the sound on my Flowermaster 40 series. Feel free to check my video out. It's in the dark, but you can definitely hear my baby :)

lol like those old low riders, nope it doesnt do that. put a good size tip on it. no chevy can sound like a titan. But have the muffler guy cut it the way you and hear how it sounds, if you don't really think u like it have him do a muffler before you leave.

@scudwhitt123 on mine i just unbolted the exhaust at the cat then cut the flanges off smooth and welded the turn downs on then bolted them on. sounds AWSOME. use a 2" turn down

nice. today i put a glass pack muffler on since it was way to loud when i was just casualy driveing around, but now it sounds quit at idle. but when you floor it it sounds just about the same as with no muffler. btw do you know how much hp you gained with all of this? i want to take it on a dyno soon.

Nice! My "08 1/2" is running at 326hp with only a K&N airfilter and Airaid adapter.But sucks cause it's only 2wd. :( But I love my TITAN! It's also getting 15% more air.CPU diagnostic reads 115% co2.

believe it or not the noise in the cab isn't that bad like I thought it would be. Its way louder outside and inside sounds like a simple truck exhaust and not nerve wrecking. All I did was cut the stock muffler off, and weld on a tip and BAM! you have it!

You get less backpressure if you don't have an over-the-axle tailpipe. He's probably got enough with the cat and muffler. My truck has tailpipes only because they look badass and I have a straight through muffler so I need the backpressure.
