@RomanRoyale Rice and peas and oxtails is actually Jamaican food. The only reason why i am saying this is because I am Jamaican. In NYC, the only place you can actually purchase a plate of rice and peas and oxtails is at a Jamaican resturant. However, it might also be a Southern dish as well, because Iv'e realize that Jamaican and Southern food have a few similarities. such as calard greens, yams etc.

@fashionLlover well the person before explained to me that the Creole,Haitian and Jamaicans share certain commonalities due to the geographic regions of being closer to the islands. I had no idea but with my Grandmother being Creole I know that rice peas and Oxtails was a FAVORITE dish and is also considered Creole Cuisine but the roots are all probably the same people just moved around taking the universal love of good food with them haha

Her entire staff is responsible for their respective jobs; she's responsible for everything, & she has to make the final decisions regarding everything b/c she reaps the rewards & the repercussions for all of the moves made under her name. This applies to most people who run a business...not as easy as it might seem.
