@LaRoucheisright hogwash, if you want centrally planned govt move to Russia or China. The Hamiltonian system is just more govt bs. If you want to fix things correctly, eliminate fractional reserve banking and eliminate the central bank.
And it was the Netherlands who really started having a stock exchange.. And blew up the first flower bubble..
I'm no economist.. But having a central bank isn't really the idea of some economists like Ron Paul.. And on the other hand a Hamiltonian bank, doesn't sound bad either..
What makes the Hamiltonian banking system better as the things Ron Paul has been proposing?
Under a hamiltonian credit system, the reponsibility of the value of the currency, lies with the department of treasury that supervises the national bank's activity. Also emission of sovereign credit for sound investment projects in the physical economy is done by issuing bills of exchange, under a lawful Glass Steagall type of banking environment, through state charter banks, that lend money and use the bills of exchange to acquire treasury bonds that have low fixed interest rates for long spans
@enslavetherich it's not better. The Hamiltonian system is govt complete control of all banking ..aka fascism / corporatism/communism/etc. Larouche is a communist. Hamilton's idea was a privately owned national bank... similar to our Federal Reserve.

Ron Paul's proposal leaves the power with private money. So the gangsters retain control.
With the Hamiltonian system we the American citizens take charge of issuing credit for our selves as a sovereign nation.
That way we can create all the productive employment needed for full employment.
