  • Is time worth anything? I could have made, um, maybe about $5000 if i wasn't on the phone or collecting and faxing documents to my mortgage company. Loan mods are an awful thing, it cost me so much for nothing!!!!! destroyed my credit!!!!!! the trial mod period took away one of the best ways as Americans we can survive, MY ABILITY TO BORROW. I was in a little temporary hole and my mortgage company convinced me to apply for HAMP mod. hahahaha lol lol I am laughing at myself!!!! I am so stupid.
