The only thing that could possibly control water vapor in several states all at one time in the US would be the new cell towers. I've traveled and the electronic humming sound that I hear happens at night or after it rains, and then I notice the oxygen in the air is drastically reduced. The only thing that is in every state would be the 3g cell towers. I live next to 2 3g cell towers and as I drive closer to the one nearest home, I notice the hum increasing, I also notice the sky turning red.

This is being accomplished via scalar (gravity) wave manipulation and 3g cell phone tower manipulation. The towers are not as advertised, apparently the elite centrally control them and ionise oxygen on demand. The scalar waves are apparently coming out of Russia, you can watch a video about the technology from Tom Beardon. What is the net result? The scalar waves lift the atmosphere higher than it should be. The towers literally control the level of Oxygen.

Ha, idk about this. Looking at the square clouds in british columbia and alberta, it appears that they follow the mountain rains so they are probably low clouds which would explain the shape. You could look at the infrared imagery to confirm. A lot of those cloud ships look like Altocumulus standing lenticular clouds, which have a "lense" shape and don't move and have a simple explanation. Also, it is impossible to just make clouds.

It's possible to make clouds....this is old technology called cloud seeding.

I really dont get this vid maybe im just slow or mentally inept. Those are just clouds, just accumulation of gaseous H2O, why are these clouds alien transport machines, becuase theyre low lying or what, because they have irregualr shapes. There are probably clouds out there that have every shape imaginable. I don't mean to offend anyone but could someone explain this vid to me or validate it?
