  • Not really amazing but good range of motion. But he's using the kettlebell as a counter balance not really as extra weight for the squat. Hold the kettlebell in the rack position and then try it, so much harder.

  • My friend showed me this exercise in the gym two years ago to help activate my quads. I tried without the weights at first and still couldn't do it. By the end of the week though i was pretty good and another week later i was doing it with the extra weight. I stopped doing it after i broke my leg, Now that i've seen this video it reminded me the workout. I'll re-incorporate it into my workout now. =)

  • @H0useMouse muscle tissue around the knee becomes stronger from the squats and pistols thus holding the knee in place and making it stronger
