yep. it's long fist based on mantis. the form is sooo different compared to the mantis beng bu.

Very good, I like.
In my humble opinion, the tradicional long fist is better than, modern wushu, because, tradicional long fist is more realistic.

there's a big part of Taiwan's kung fu schools are teaching wushu(modern style)
I don't like wushu, because I'm heavy... :-(
