the beauty of the original song is the slowly increasing speed of the melody. that's why the song is named "ohm, sweet ohm".

I don't suppose anybody remembers a cover version of this by a band called The Ohms, on a label called Over Head Music records way back when round about 1980? Excellent ex Kraftwerk tune. I like this version slightly more than the original, although credit where it is due it is music of genius.
