@rapidfireXring We still have freedom of Speech, freedom of the press, and the right to bear arms. Our leaders no longer care, but we're still more powerful than they are.
@Mavousandraxidias There is not a day that goes by that every right we have is not assaulted by our own government. Freedom of speech is limited to permits, speech zones, and limited media access. The press is free to only those who own the press. There are violations against our 4th amendment rights too. Our gun rights are on the block every day that have been under attack for decades. The direction of this government is to repress society with the excuse being that they are protecting us
@rapidfireXring I agree that free speech is to limited. Of course the press prints what the people who own it want to! You think they'll print something that the owner doesn't like? That's capitalism, not an assault on freedom.
Yes, our gun rights are on the block. I'd like to see a politician try and demand some one hand over their gun though lol "BOOM!" Head shot!
@Mavousandraxidias Decades ago it was determined that if the editorial policy and rights of a number of major newspapers could be controlled then the images the American people received would be steered in a certain direction. That fact was made clear by one of the most famous editors, who on his retirement told the truth. All of the media is controlled now and only a few hands control it all. If you have been watching, everything is heading toward central control. Back to monopoly control
@rapidfireXring I would very much like a citation on that. Honestly, I would. If it's true, shit. If not, awesome. I need a citation to make up my mind though.
@Mavousandraxidias I tried to post the links to the research but was denied by YouTube to do so. Look up the speech by John Swinton after his retirement. Look up the ownership by AOL Time Warner: Go to this site.
It all sounds so nice and well utopian because it is. Libertarianism is a utopian philosophy that is as foolish as communism. Both seek perfection by pursuing only a partial humanity. Communism makes nothing property. Libertarianism makes everything property. It is reductionism writ large. It can only operate in near equality. When those who argued it came closest to having it as the dominant world philosophy we had "dark satanic mills" and children dieing in mines and chimney pipes.
Wow I always thought that Libitarionism was like the Liberals and I didn't like the name and now that I see what it's all about I understand that, that is what I am lol it's very simple yet very very intelligent I like that very much! Thank you for putting this up electkarl
This is one of the most intelligent videos on the fundamentals of libertarianism that I have ever seen! Very well done - you definately get a 5 star rating from me.
I feel like I should watch this with 3D glasses

Liberty will reign in America

Very nice. I hope some one will translate it into all other languages and smugle it into non-free nations.

@rapidfireXring We still have a decade of freedom left in us. After that revolution will come, and blood will start to flow in the streets.
