How funny, now I remember. My dad and I used to watch Bits & Bytes together, but only my dad watched The Academy because I found it way too boring.

It's been brought to my attention that "Neon Lights" by Kraftwerk is almost identical to this theme... it's pretty undeniable

I *think* I remember a TV Ontario computer series with Jim Butterfield as a guest, but I'm not sure if it was related to this.

@ClassicGarth That program was called "The Academy" and was hosted by Jack Livesly (sp?), and it was the follow-up program after Bits & Bytes. Jim Butterfield (RIP), was the resident "expert" for that show.
BTW, if anyone has episodes of "The Academy", please post them.

Boards of Canada did NOT do this theme. I think ajumoni means that some of it kind of sounds like it. The B&B theme was composed inhouse at TVO. Sadly I don't have a clean copy.
