Every news article I have read said that McCain didn't say much of anything at the "big meeting" last week.

It has gotten to the point where you have to ask yourself if there is any truth to anything McCain says. He and his surrogates seem to make it up as they go.
Apparently, they dont realize people can look up the things they said or say on YouTube and other places.

Steve Schmidt makes McCain sound more like a maitre d than someone actively involved in the decision-making process. McCain looks worse every day. Tired and sick. Today he had a slight quiver to his voice--can't hide that with makeup. I guess he's worn out from making all those phone calls from his comfy condo.
What's Obama been doing this weekend? Speaking to throngs of supporters in Virginia, North Carolina and Michigan.

Obama came out first on 09/24/08 and layed out 4 points
1. no golden parachutes
2. commission to go line by line and oversee spending.
3. taxpayers will be treated as investors. the comanies must pay taxpayers back
4.the government must make the civilians primary. no washington insider must benefit from any money made as a result in the bailout.
all of thse points are in the final bailout package that is going to vote tomorrow. hmmmm. Judgement to Lead.... even before day one. obama/biden
