  • i think he was saying the tachikaze was present with slow motion meaning he executed perfect technique and precision.

  • Gotta love the edited-in sound effects. HUGE tachikaze when he demonstrates a SLOW MOTION gyaku kesa cut.

  • hmmm... Tachikaze doesn't need speed, it needs precision. Speed will make it somewhat louder, but its not the determining factor.
