@CoalCharKuchana to bypass the update got: Settings > Network Settings > Internet Connction Settings > Custom > (wired or wireless) > Enter Manually > (Enter All Your Settings it will save) > Automatic > Do Not Set > Manual > 67 . 202 . 81 . 137 (For Both) > Automatic > Do Not Use > Enable > Save!
