  • this is a c-axis machining people. (milling tool set in the tool id but using a turning tool) otherwise the c axis and static tool won't synchronize though it's running so fast you would actually think it's a turning operation.

  • is this a WFL M70 ?

  • @abarabaa

Nope, it's a Mazak Integrex w/PC control. Woudn't know what model, though.

  • any sample of that turning G-Code?

  • any sample of the G Code that runs that ?

  • Can you run that in single block for me please

  • This is a really nice machine ... and a good operator aswell...

  • cool workpiece

  • OH! That´s a pity...I´m a CNC operator, but Norway is far away from Argentina :-(....I wish to know what kind of parts do you machine??Bye.

  • We need skilled CNC operators to work at our shop. I will post a short presentation video soon. But for those of you that is interested, please dont hesitate to contact me.

  • @oyvindsolbjoer

i need a job in cnc. i can send a copy of my resume 2 u if u want. my email id is paramjit_singh86@ymail.com

  • Buggable: There is several lines in one revolution in this program, but you can also do it with only 1 G03 or G02 line with I and J to control the center and a incremental movement in Z axis.

  • Can't you use a canned cycle for the repetitive motions?Looks like a lot of lines of programming.Nice video

  • i am moving to norway

  • learn from a real shop. idk everyone i see that comes from...well any school for machining pretty much, scraps everything, or are completely too slow. just my opinion

  • Very Good Maschine

  • Very good machine...Imagine if the program has a small error in it and the tool didn't lift up at the right time :$ lol

  • It nothing happens..lo único que pasaría es en ese punto, se obtendría una viruta muuuy gruesa ;-D . Greetings from Argentina.

  • i've done this before with 2 lines of code and a macro to control the eccentric. it's really easy actually... but I did it on a Mori - much better machines ;)

  • ok, this just made my day!

  • Nice, these Multi Task Machines are the Future!

  • ...and had a little help from Gibbs Cam I asume ;-)

  • It was actually very easy. Made only one revolution and then repeated it 2270 times:)

  • I see so there's one line per revolution with the incremental change in Z (W) while it's in a milling cycle?

  • I do some pretty wild stuff @ work but nothing like that. Must be a million lines of code in that program. Nate, Tampa.

  • are you in CNC? I`m starting a 5 month course in march 2 days in classroom and 2 days on a CNC machine in an actual shop. there going to teach me shop math, blueprint reading, g-codes
