The flyers are slumping right now but i have faith that they'll get it together and really become something special. The top line, once gagne returns, has the potential to be like the Legion of Doom from 1995-1997, and has the depth to be like the 2004 playoff team. I strongly believe the curse will be lifted within the next few years. They just need one more solid defenseman.
A guy like Wade Redden would help our defense soo much...I say we should add him during the off season since he'll be a free agent, and we can trade Hatcher and Randy Jones so that we can try to get Vladimir Malakhov and Danny Markov back. Then we'll have (Timonen-Smith, Vandermeer-Cobourn, Malakhov-Markov). Then use Kukkonen as a 7th defenseman or trade him.
Excellent video made, it shows how much you enjoy the Flyers franchise. Also, I enjoyed the song picked because there were no vocals to it, very classy to show the players off rather than a band!
scratch that..two more solid defensemen...1 defenseman for a shot from the blue line and another defensive defenseman.
