i just got one of these for christmas and I have no idea what proper care and use for it is (manual didn't really satisfy all my questions).

@doomsday19821982 All you really need is a pull through squegee. Take the barrel off and pull the bolt out. Run the squegee through the barrel twice, clean the squegee then do the same for the where the bolt is. Clean the bolt with a paper towel or towel. clean the inside of the ball feed. If you have any hex keys use a small one to unscrew the ball detents and clean those. And your done.

@oTarrell13o Thanks for the tip. Also to anyone who is wondering about threads, it has the same ones as spyders. Me and my friend switched our stock barrels ( he has the imagine) and it fits perfectly.

This gun is great, havent got to use it at a field yet, but it is very accurate and tight.

@Montgomery2013 The ER3 is a greater starter gun. It is semi automatic. It will fire every time you pull the trigger. I believe there is a starter package where it comes with a hopper and goggle too.

Question Simon. Does the bolt have O-rings? In the last few years i have seen beginner guns move away from O-rings on bolts (chiefly Kingman). This has caused the markers to be inoperable paint copping machines when without a force fed loader. So is this really a beginner gun that can be used with a grav feed, or does it need an extra ~60$ dollars to work properly?

I like the fact that there are companies still making reasonable priced beginner markers. I got couple of buddies started playing paintball and their first gun was a Pirahna R6 they only spent about $60 on it.
