In the anime Roa is the real shiki so they kinda combined the main enemies as the main enemy is roa in shiki's body but i think it is the same on arcueid storyline of the game he just looks kind of different

Its about a guy having Eyes of Death Perception which can see lines that could destroy anything.Then met with Vampires, Lol, something like Demon killing Anime, too bad the AMV itself shows the last Episode already.

If you played its Novel Game, you would know alot alot more about the Whole story and it wouldn't bejust that less like Anime, which gives too little infomation and several characters like Shiki NAnaya doesn't even mentioned in the Anime.
