Sure. The advanced seal are like a suction seal that really sticks to your teeth..you can do pretty much everything with them on..even drink water. The premium is the lower quality one that I featured in my video...they just lay on your teeth, but don't really suction. If you find some coupons in the Sunday newspaper, I would go with the advanced.

can i drink after i remove the strip...the premium didn't really give good directions. i know the classic said to swish water in your mouth after removing the strips.

I tried not to, but sometimes I just had to swish cuz it felt a little funny...and it did not alter my results. I definitely did not drink a glass of water or anything until a good half hour later..but a swish shouldn't hurt.

This is happening after you have already put it on. Try blotting your lower teeth so that they are squeaky dry..then put the strip so that it really sticks. If it starts slipping once it is already on..lift the strip and lightly dab away your spit (but don't wipe off the product!) and then put it back on. Good luck!

I hate to sound like an idiot, but the strips are different lengths. How do you know which one goes with the top teeth? I saw one video that said the long strip does, but is that correct?

You aren't an idiot! EVERYTIME I put these on I had to look on the little picture on the box to make sure I got it right. Yes, the clear thingy comes with two strips on it...a short one and a long one. The LONG one goes on your TOP teeth because there are more teeth showing on top and more you want to whiten. The SHORT strip goes on the BOTTOM teeth because a lot of people don't show much of their bottom teeth when smiling, speaking, etc. Hope I helped! Good luck!

On mine, the side that sticks to the backing doesn't have bumps. I put bump side toward my teeth once and my lips got covered with peroxide--then I figured out I had them on upside down!

It think the instructions could do a lot better job telling us that.

The formula I have is the kind you get at the dentist--strong.

Yeah it seems people are having an issue with the directions. I just put the gooey side to my teeth..bumps or not..lol!

The side with the bumps. Press your finger on the corner..the side that sticks to your finger goes onto your teeth. Good luck!

Great review! I've been meaning to try out the strips. I got a free sample of the advanced one and it worked great. I'll definitely try it out in the future.
