Xfire uses a very old codec that only Sony vegas pro and windowsmovie maker can show. It is going to be hard to get it right seriously...

heres is a better way got to your video>open directory then copy and paste the directory at the top go to upload on youtube and paste your directory into the one you get on youtube

I think you can just record the video, click on "upload" to xfire, then let it encode the video to mp4 and then UPLOAD THAT file (mp4). You don't even need to copy and paste it out side of the folder.

If you wanted to edit the video, well, while it's in mp4, might as well edit with either sony vegas or adobe after effects. WMM is just horrible and always f'ks up the quality. it's probably ugly because of the limits of wmv or avi whatever, mp4 h.264 are the best options.

I know why it keeps getting errors. its bedause youtube only allows videos under 1 GB and 3 min in Xfire is about 3 GBs

okes its helpful but its go easyer

1.Open the Verzeichnes were are all ur xfire vids.

2Search a vid. u want and copy it in ur xfire ordner.

3.Go on youtube and upload it.

So that's it and i think its easyer then ur video but ur vid. are great too!!!!
