AT&T is constantly being duped by a scam using a number 310-429-5382. When answered, it hangs up. If you try & call back a Verizon recording says the number is disconnected. Next thing you know there's tons of new fees on your AT&T bill for some whoreslut called "Talent & Moor LLC". Rather than investigate the scam & thievery they just charge it to thier customers. This is a pure example of disgusting, lazy, incompetent, greedy & arrogant execs & managers at AT&T who play golf & drink scotch.

At&t is a text book example of the fat American corporation that can't compete on its merits, so it resorts to borrowing money to buy its competitors, tricking and cheating its customers, and making anti-competitive agreements with other companies (APPLE!) AT&T should be in court!

how are we supposed to help the customer like that! and then last week there was an outage with the MPS and members were unable to reset their passwords, AT&T told us employees that an ambush on the automated system was supposed to inform the customers about the outage, that turned out to be a lied when i asked a customer with a pw reset issue if he heard about the outage
Everyone - report them to the Better Business Bureau. They are famous for adding on services that have not been authorized by the customer. That is unethical business practice.

that "tends to damage the name or reputation of AT&T, or its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries." So AT&T customers aren't allowed to write/podcast/vlog critical things about AT&T, its billing-practices, or its cooperation with illegal NSA wiretapping, on pain of having their connections disconnected"
I am not suprised but I imagine its just the Red states that this will happen in as consumer protection is close to zero there. I live in Florida I know
it took me a week but yeah --- if i was a custoemr i am not allowed to complain that AT&T cooperates with illegal NSA wiretapping.. that is what i got out of this message this time.
