  • But I have seen many cereal that have the "U" symbol but still have Red 40 or Red lake 40 for there food color so watch out...

  • @RRIVASJR It's tricky but some red 40's are kosher but have coal tar which would be condidered "vegan" or pork free, but it ends up not being very good for the body.

  • Beautiful work, Sis.!! You give bruhs like myself hope. Not many sisters out here, bringin' it like this.

  • @TheThirdEyeCeesU Thank You!

  • By the way great vids, I have found it very difficult to find info out about what is really in my food (and just general consumer products) in regards to my vegan diet/lifestyle and like yourself I have on many occasions been very shocked at just what is in certainty products, my journey has been a long one and I have made many mistakes on the way, so I think it's great you are putting these vids out there for others.

Keep up the positive work and surely you will receive many blessing in return.

  • @ceetheproducer Most definitely, just try to look for the "u", "parve" "k", symbols for the most part. Ble blessed! :)

  • Sister thank you so much for your love of your people. May The Most High Bless you and your family.

  • @RRIVASJR You're welcome, love.

  • talk about hidden pork! by the size of those cans i'd say you have two full grown pigs hidden in your boobies!

  • lol at "so you dont get the pork on your counter"

  • @GreasyVid I know, right" lol

  • thank you sister we need more women like you. chi-town

  • @teddet87 You're welcome! Many more will spring up as the people begin to re-awaken!

  • @teddet87 Thanks!

  • Sounds like great information! Thanks!

One thing I found humorous was the vegetarian vitamins for kids - that are shaped like animals O_o

    :P

  • @10:30 I love Dherbs. Excellent product.

  • Thanks Sis. I didn't know about the garlic powder and garlic salt. The additives are not on the labels.

  • nice titties

  • Please write a book and/or start a blog. Thanks for this video!

  • Here's a great idea for people who like soda but not the unhealthiness. You can use stevia and seltzer water and some lemon juice. I do at times add kool-aid, which is pareve which means it has not been prepared with any meat. Stevia is also no calorie no carb. You can get 100% stevia from supplement store. Stevia is either alkanic or a very weak acid and is good for diabetics.

  • Hi Yachna.. it has been such a pleasure to view your vids.. can u please help me? I was told the reason black olives are black is due to the ferrus sulfate used when they are canned, is this the same as FORMALDEHYDE?

    thanks ... Asher

  • shalom good clips, however my dream is to grow and create my own foods,i don't trust these vegan products at 100%,because the devil knows that many people want to be vegan so he will try to reach his hands into this market and put his abominations in it!

  • @Maypouri Well you know the devil just passed a law that makes a personal garden illegal. My dream is to get out of this wicked kingdom the whole earth is polluted. P.S. I don't trust the vegan thing either. Not the veggies but the man who says it is all vegan.

  • Where are the single women like this? This woman is a Goddess!

  • @ThreatVision Distilled, spring water, or filtered water. I even cook with these. I don't drink tap.

  • Great series little sis. I'd love to see you also address the hidden dangers contained within the fluoride we ingest in our drinking water and toothpaste.

  • @SawanYHWH Try baking soda vegetable glycerine and peppermint essential oil for a toothpaste. Keep some distilled water with you to avoid fluoride if you don't have a filter that gets rid of fluoride.

  • @katimere2

I've read that glycerine creates a film on the teeth that prevents them from re-mineralizing. It takes something like 27 washes to get it off. Also with baking soda it can be a bit harsh on the gums and teeth. it's best to dillute it in water and keep in a glass container with a lid in your bathroom. I recently switched to just baking soda and water and my teeth seem to be much better, cleaner.

  • You are a godsend! :-) SHALOM!
