nice! did u have the surgery? and hows your shoulder now? i'm asking because i done the same 5-6 weeks ago, i got a grade 3 aswell as subluxicating my shoulder the docter said its the best one he's seen because it was sticking very high up and sticking out my back and im been told to have surgery but im scared of being cut open and having hardware inside me, im still in a lot of pain, how long did yours take to heal, im using KT tape at the moment to strap it down please please help me!! :)
