you do some realistic work
however how do you pratice safety?
your doing real eye gouges and real punches with out the slightest bit of protection?

@NewZealfighter actually we are only simulating eye gouging. We apply enough pressure for someone to react enough. When we use helmets we don't get to see how they would naturally react. In the beginnign we start off lightly almost 'windshield wiping' the face and gradually increase the pressure till they react. We ask our students to react as if they were being gouged, sometimes it is a challenege thus the gradual increase. it just shows how effect eye gouging is becasue requires minimal force.
