You should not worry about those things. People look as old as they feel old, and with your personality (lively) I am confident that wherever you go, you'll be the sun in the house for quite some time (dutch expression). But if this sounds too corny, let me know ok ?
Sunblock does not block the UV radiation responsible for cancer-producing damage to epithelial cells. It's good for keeping you from getting sunburned, no more.
Worse, most sun block contains carcinogens.
But avoiding sunlight isn't much of an option. Sun exposure is where you get most of your Vitamin D. If you are Vitamin D deficient, your health will deteriorate.
You only need 10-15 minutes of sun a day for your full daily dose of vitamin D, and it has many other sources. So avoiding sunlight is a good option in my option. Besides, most good quality sunscreen does block UVA radiation as well as UVB. ALL radiation can cause or increase your risk of cancer. The game isn't rigged, its just some people are too ignorant to realise that the sun is bad for you!
10-15 minutes works only if you expose enough skin to the sun. More often than not we are covered nearly from head to foot against the weather or against public sensibilities.
It's an open question just how much protection against cancer a "quality" sunblock containing carcinogens will provide. Science is at best sketchy on that point. Permit me my skepticism. :-)
Is there police station near by your house? Many videos there is sirens sound in backround. Or Is police looking for you so you quickly say bye and run away. That is also good reason why your eyes move like that. Make it simple: Sirens+Police+eyes+run Elise run!= not so many videos now days. :) (And now something about sun: wear sunscreen.) :)
There are two police stations just on my road - which, when you consider Camden Town(site of much pickpocketing, drug selling, stabbings and several high profile serial killer cases in the last decade)has none, gives you some idea of what a rough and violent area Peckham is!
I used to be *SO* tired of burning, so now I just hitting the tanning salon's all year long, and I tan very easily, so that helps.
And I enjoy being naturally darker skinned. Just a suggestion to see if you can try to get a membership to a tanning salon as already being darker skinned helps me. I haven't burned for three years now.
Ah rats. Well I have family who also burn and peel easily (lot's of naturally light-pink and pale skinned people on my mother's side of the family), so I know the feeling.
Wish I chould help more. As you already know, Suncreen and avoiding the sun altogether is the best advice. When my brother Erik and his fieance went to the UK last summer, he was surprised how little the sun was out. About how many days do you all get straight sunshine, do you think ? ...
Um you've been holding out on us, haven't you? I just spotted elisenotelsie !!! what's up? now that the Spice girls are having a reunion, will you be doing a tribute to Sporty Spice? MEL C!
We used to be almost completely forested (I mean in the UK). So in the summer when the sun got bright the leaves would come out and we would all be in the shade. Then when the sun got weaker and it was dark more in the winter the leaves would fall and we could see well in moonlight (for at least half the month).
Sounds kind of dumb but anyone who has every spent much time in a (proper) forest in the UK (there aren't many left!) knows it's a BIG effect, and it's quite hard to get long periods of direct sun exposure in summer in a forest - like we get now in cities and open countryside. So maybe some of us have high sun sensitivity if our ancestors lived in forests ...?
Yes I did a search for sun-protecting fabric last week - there is a company that makes clothes and fabrics that you can order online (can't remember what they are called offhand now though).
Well it all makes sense, but a raw food vegetarian diet (using only local, in-season vegetables) and running around in the woods naked, bathing in streams is highly impractical the way the world is set up these days. There are not many vegetables local to Peckham for a start!
I suppose when your skin is fair like yours seems to be that might be a good idea. But if you have more tolerant skin and require vitamin D then living in the warmth of the sun's glow is good. I worship it, almost. Aren't you always cold? I am. Mmmm ... sun ...

Ready for a conundrum?

You can't win, the game is rigged.

Maybe you should ask your cousin, Michael Jackson (it is alleged) how to sing? Just a thought.

sunscreen on the page

Maybe you should keep your own 'Red Nose Day' in Peckham? Maybe it makes people happier and makes also Peckham savety and happier place to life. :)

All those vegetables help you stay youthful too. If you eat them. It probably doesn't help much just having them nicely arranged in a rack.

Variable. This year the summer was particularly wet - but September and October have been mostly clear (although some days have been a little chilly)

Get you a huge straw floppy hat. You will be mistaken for an old lady of high station in society while wearing such, and dodge the UV rays as well.
Remember to try a go at fried green tomatoes with those late bloomers at your parent's garden that don't make it ripe. Good eating!

I bought a hat once which was 'treated' so it gave UV protection - I found out even normal (light) fabrics don't protect against UV.
Probably why vampires choose the heavy cloak look ...

Google, Essenes Gospel of Peace, book 1, that is another way of supposedly living a long life. You would have to live it to see if it were true.
