mmm, that MAN has a distinctive sound as it idles, simliar to our NL202's here in Adelaide South Australia;-)

Not really, only a part of it does... You can clearly hear the engine sound as well (as far as I can hear it, it's MAN D08).

Humm, the M.A.N. engine sound. Love it! I miss hearing them back when I would ride the 6Jeffery Exp bus. The CTA needs to work out some deal so they can buy buses from them again.

Thanx for the kind words. That MAN horizontal-6 has a ring of it's own. Here in Vienna, they are phasing out the NL222 and replacing them with Mercedes Citaros and the new MAN Lion's City. the don't sound that good though, but are very impressive machines.
