Waw 20 years later I FINALLY SEE THE END of that crazy game. II was 7 and NES games never got loalisated in french. Apart of UK, I guess no one ever finished that game in Europe.

I think they should've put some seashells or something over her. That would've been preferable to a strangely nippleless mermaid.

And now, after 20 years, I finally understand why I was never able to beat this game as a kid, and why I still don't think I ever will. For all that I uncovered through trial and error over the years, there's still 98% that you only find because you know it's there. I don't feel so bad for getting lost and giving up now! :-)

Bravo sir well done....However i think a curiosty ive had for over 15 yeras has been satisified..I mean i just realize the hardest part or the challenge of this game is just naviagtingthrough scenes that all look alike until your running around in circles...i guess being older now thats just not so much as a challenging i'm looking for...but great job loved the video

Should've hit the old hag with a hammer a few times after getting the candle ("HELP ME!").

And lol at Konami's honesty "thank you for your business".

Nice walkthrough though, seriously after all those warp zones and literally needing to map the whole game, I'm so thankful to storylines and endings these days that reward you for so much LESS effort than what was needed back in the old days of gaming.

You had me worried for a bit when your health was >1 bar for a while.
