whats the difference between the red knob and the regular model t?

@mattman20132 the red knob was intended for bass the white/silver knob was intended for guitar the red knob has a mid select switch with 3 different mid freq the white/silver knob does not have this, it is also to my understanding that the white/silver knob sounds a bit different been trying to find someone with a white/silver knob so i can compare the 2 ,both are great amps

I dropped this amp off a moving truck 35 years ago and other than a couple of scratches it didn't even make a difference or effect the sound.
