    I try to eat 7 meals a day lol

    Usually rice cus it as lots of carbs :)

  • @towerkiller dont worry bro I'm the same age as u and I powerlift heavy lol and when I mean heavy I mean HEAVY! (atleast my weight or heavier)

    It's only ab exercises and it's good to strengthen ur core up cus it will help support ur back and prevent back injuries

  • Hey Peter, I was wondering, can a 14 year old do ab workouts? I wanna get a 6 pack but im afraid of stuning my growth. Any tips? All I plan to do is just get a 6 pack, no weight training or anything, but if it will stun my growth, please tell me, thanks.

  • @towerkiller 14 is deffinetley old enough it would be best in fact if you start full body weight training now by 18 you'll be jacked trust me im 15 now and one of the biggest kids out of freshman and sophomores(im a freshman) i weigh 170 and a lean so my advice deff start training that stunting ur growth is bs and only really applies if ur pre-pubescent

  • @towerkiller You can but it is best for youngsters to just do sprorts, do functional stuff and use your body weight.

  • @towerkiller often losing weight is the easiest way to get your abs to show. do aerobic exercise (such as a 30 min jog) 4 to 6 times a week, without increasing your daily calorie intake, and you should be set.

  • @towerkiller i kno im just eves dropping but many researchers say that youngsters can workout with weights n stuff, as long as they don't over do it because if you do overdo it you might permanently damage some muscles which would stun your growth. so don;t try to push your limits in one go, do it gradually over time so that it doesn't put too much stress on your muscles n over damage them.

  • @towerkiller What is it with people and growth stunts. You will never stunt your growth from weight training, in fact the opposite your more likely to grow tall if you have really strong muscles than being skinny or even fat. STEROIDS STUNT GROWTH NOT WORKOUT

  • @towerkiller Do the ab workout - it won't stunt your growth at all, just be careful and make sure your form is right. Though to be honest, at 14, you're unlikely to build much muscle anyway but if you want to do it then there is no harm if it's done correctly, especially with regards to stunting your growth :)

  • @federeriscol This will help build your lower abs. You will need to eat right and do the correct workouts to burn more fat if you want to get more ripped. Don't forget, not everyone can get 8 packs, you abdominal muscles must allowe for this. For example some people can only get 4 packs even though they are ripped. It is just about genetics!

So you're saying that even by eating perfect, doing lot's of fat burning (I play at least six hours of tennis a day), and ab exercises it can be genetically impossible to get an eight-pack? :( I will keep trying though, even if they only show a little bit it's better than just a plain old six-pack. But if I can get an eight-pack, is hanging leg raises the best thing possible to develop the very lower abs?

  • @federeriscol Yes. But if you have one then you just need to get more ripped. Nothing wrong with a good old Six Pack, some of the top models only have a 6 pack :)

  • @BubbaJohnIsKing Most sports store should have them. I must admit I don't really use them but it is easier to show you the exercise with them. I just hang of the bar.
