What I meant to say was that that even if a love song was sung that acting part is often not necessary and if they have to be there normally they use other actors and actresses. This way can be totally absobed by the audience! Just watch TT; she never ever did this!
I am not talking like a sour grape but the setup made a logisitc mistake that many great singers from Presley to Tom Jones, from Teresa Teng to other great singers in China or any other parts of the world. When she or he sings a love song to the public, she or he becomes the sweetheart to the fans not her boy friend or his girl friend, to whom they on the moment identify. Climbing onto guy's back and assuming to enjoy the act is basically anti climax! Otherwise, she is a great singer!
