its basically mouth and tongue movements, for lows you make an O and curl your tongue. for highs you doa wide mouth and a flat tongue

thanks mate, I've always found sceming like atreyu/silverstein/the getaway plan easy. For some reason the nasal and very gutteral tone is effortless, where as the high whiney sound of bfmv (tho i lik them) is alot harder for me
