I don't know who assigned the titles for these unreleased songs but I don't think it was Elliott (at least not always). This one happens to be fairly good, but "Come To Me" for example is just an awful title for the song to which it was assigned. I think it's fun and actually important to arrive at a good title when Elliott never did so to our knowledge. As for Waltz #1, I just wonder how it might be named from lyrical content rather than song style. It's something of a game.
