rihanna sucks. personally, i don't like her voice. It seems like most of her songs (the beats) are ripped off of someone else's. I just don't get the hype. Give it a few years and people will be saying "rhianna who?" Now someone like leona lewis might be around for a while-she actually has a great voice although she has that same pop teenybopper apeal that Rhianna has. I think the only reason Rhianna's famous is because she's moderately attractive...

She sings as if she's holding onto her trachea and wiggling it constantly. It's supposed to be vibrato, but she makes it really annoying to listen to. It IS a shame to meet a big influence just to have them shut you down. Sorry it happened to you - same thing happened to me to. Not with Rhianna though - i don't care much for her.
