OK I've inspected this very closely after your comments and I'll admit that from the beginning to 0:22, he is holding them like a Donkey. But after that he does have the handles the right way up and holding correctly,so he is just shite.

he isnt holding the handles right, The power lines should be directly onto his hands, i have mine coming out between my middle and index fingers. Keep trying though, its a fun sport

The way the handles are hold i agree to you, but not in the fun sport thing.

Kiting is no fun! Otherwise you will get hurt.

There must have been something wrong with the kite - this thing keeps turning, i cannot exlplain it simply with the wrong direction of the handles. However I didnt try it ever to hold them like he does :-)

I know a bunch of guys who beg to differ on kiting not being fun! had another look at the vid and he starts to get it around 00:11 and again at 00:24. To explain why its spinning all I can say is that it is spinning in a clockwise direction repeatedly so it must be the right lines being too tight.

No handles were right way up he was just shit. as long as the brakes are at the bottom on both handles it doesn't make a difference.
